Sebastian Lopez is an Aerospace Engineering undergrad at Georgia Tech. His interests include spacecraft design and space exploration. He has worked on the Icefin project as an engineering assistant for about a year with his most recent involvement being in the building of a new module by the Icefin team for the University of Otago where his responsibility is in the mechanical integration of their sensors while keeping it buoyant, he has also been involved in other tasks including cad design, waterjeting parts, and soldering electrical components. In the future, Sebastian would like to attend graduate school to further learn about spacecraft design and development.
